We arrange sampling from appropriate suppliers as per buyers designs, sketches etc. Samples against orders and Promotional samples are sent by suppliers.

Samples are developed to suit the season’s colors, fabric and style based of our buyer’s requirements. Salesman samples are made as per the buyers’ requirements and sent to them. By offering these crucial service, we assist our buyers marketing efforts in their own country by giving them an edge over others.


We scrutinize prices quoted by the supplier and with our own experience of the cost components to obtain the most realistic prices.

Social Compliances

Cotton Hill international 

gives special emphasis on social compliance as such most of our factories are BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, add Accord Alliance etc approved. To maintain this compliance, we have our own compliance and audit team who makes random checks on factories regarding all social compliance and audit.

Terms & Conditions


For fixation of price, the detail enquiry is required to be provided by buyer. Based on which, we will quote our rate which will be valid for bulk order confirmation. Price can vary without prior notice if the order quantity is different than the inquired quantity.

For air or sea freight calculation, please refer to the packing statistics.


For regular clients, who already sent us purchase orders, all samples up to 5 PCS are free. For clients, who need more than 5 PCS of sales sample but has not sent purchase orders to us, all cost of samples will be borne by them.


Written purchase orders (by fax or email) are required before action is taken on any order. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. So please confirm the prices with us before you send us purchase orders.

We shall fax or email you about Sales Confirmation for your signature within 3 working days, after receiving your order.


First important factor to facilitate timely delivery:
Our production department only arranges all order in strict rotation from the time of receiving L/C. As quicker you organize payments, sooner the delivery time will be.



Second important factor to facilitate timely delivery:
If your order does not require any logo, screen printing or embroidery, it is more convenient for us but if your order requires logo, screen printing or embroidery, please manage to do color scan your art works (logo) and send it to us by email. The preferred formats are .jpg, .pdf / .ai, .bmp or .png.



Third important factor to facilitate timely delivery:
Please respond or forward your customers comments to us as soon as you receive our counter samples. This can allow us time to make necessary alterations/corrections, if any.Our normal delivery time is 80-90 days (with Local fabrics), after L/C received.For Imported fabrics the delivery time is 120-130 days, after L/C received.


For orders valued less than 10,000 US$, we suggest you to pay 50% in advance by wire transfer and the balance 50% by wire transfer five days before the shipment. For orders valued at more than 10,000 US$. You need to establish an irrevocable L/C at site.
